Tryout Camp Procedures - COVID Mitigation
The Alaska State Hockey Association has put in place the following requirements for in order to hold tryout camps this week:
1 - Only participants, coaches, and necessary association tryout staff will be allowed to enter the rink before, during, or after tryouts. No parents, family, or friends allowed inside the rink
2- Health status questionnaire (All_Stars_Health_Questionnaire.pdf) completed, including daily parental/legal guardian acknowledgment. Please come to the check in table each day and sign/initial the health questionnaire.
3 - COVID-19 Waiver of liability (All_Stars_COVID-19_WAIVER.pdf). Please sign and bring to first day of tryouts.
4 - Every participant shall be subject to non-contact thermometer screening each day.
5 - Participants are required to wear face coverings until placing their helmet on to go onto the ice.
6 - All players are required to pre-dress as no locker rooms will be available and only seating to put skates on will be available.
7 - All players are responsible to bring their own water bottle with their name clearly identified on it (No shared water bottles)
8 - Players are asked to leave the rink as soon as practicable each day at the conclusion of the session.
