Required COVID 19 mitigation protocols in place for evaluations will be communicated prior to dates

 

Evaluation Camp Procedures - COVID Mitigation

 

1 - Only participants and one parent/family member as well as coaches, and necessary association tryout staff will be allowed to enter the rink before, during, or after tryouts.  

2- Health status questionnaire (Alaska_All_Stars_Mite_Health_Questionnaire.pdf) completed, including daily parental/legal guardian acknowledgment. Please come to the check in table each day and sign/initial the health questionnaire.

3 - COVID-19 Waiver of liability (All_Stars_COVID-19_WAIVER.pdf). Please sign and bring to first day of evaluations. 

4 - Every participant/parent shall be subject to non-contact thermometer screening each day.

5 - Participants are required to wear face coverings until placing their helmet on to go onto the ice.

6 - The one family member allowed inside must wear a face covering while in the facility and practice social distancing

7 - All players are required to pre-dress as no locker rooms will be available and only seating to put skates on will be available.

8 - All players are responsible to bring their own water bottle with their name clearly identified on it (No shared water bottles) 

9 - Players/family members are asked to leave the rink as soon as practicable each day at the conclusion of the session.

10 - If the player is showing any COVID symptoms or is sick, please stay home and contact me to be placed on the team.
